Offering sea and garden views, the Colonial Rental Suite is a self-catering villa located a 3-minute drive from Tar Bay Beach and a 5-minute drive from Exuma International Airport. A free airport pick-up service is provided.

This 1-bedroom villa will provide you with a TV, free WiFi, air conditioning and a patio. There is a full kitchenette with a microwave and a refrigerator. The private bathroom comes with a bath, shower and hairdryer.

The villa has its own organic orchard filled with native fruit trees, including mangoes, sugar-apples and soursops, which guests can pick in season. Activities in the surrounding area include cycling, fishing and diving.

The Colonial Rental Suite offers free parking, while car rental can be arranged at an extra cost. Central Georgetown is a 10-minute drive away.
