Modern comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in beautiful Placencia. The condo is in town but quiet and exclusive with only 12 condos in 3 buildings. Bikes and kayaks are included. We can give guests information about tours, restaurants, car rental, and travel down. There is a salt water pool, 2 docks and small beach for use by condo guests only. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook or make great drinks. There is a front and back porch with great views. There are colorful Mexican tiles in both the kitchen and bathroom and a widows walk with great views of sunsets

Mary and Jack have been traveling to Placencia for 10 years. We love it there and enjoy our beautiful condo at Sunset Pointe. We go twice a year to enjoy fishing and pina coladas. we are always updating the condo and adding new touches. We live in Philadelphia and travel often. We like to work with our guests, to answer questions and to give them all the information that they need to have a great vacation

Placencia is a colorful, friendly village surrounded by the Caribbean sea. The condo is in walking distances to restaurants and shopping. There is lots to do from fishing, snorkeling, tours, cave tubing, Maya ruins, zip lining or just having a beer by the pool and relaxing
