You are renting the entire second floor of a beautiful, well maintained three story home that was recently featured on HGTV. The inside of the home consists of gorgeous mixed Belizean hardwood. Two bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with ample seating round out your indoor space. Outdoors you have two large private balconies with seating, each 300 square feet. A year round outdoor pool surrounded by a sundeck and loungers is also available to you. Lush tropical landscaping and fruit trees surround the property. The location is ideal, as you are next door to a full service tour operator and bike/kayak/golf cart rental. The best deli in town, offering freshly baked breads and pastries, artisan cheeses, and cured meats is a minute's walk away. The Famous Placencia Sidewalk and the Caribbean Sea are less than 5 minutes away.

It has been a dream of my wife and I to move to Belize. After so many years of planning, we finally made it a reality and moved to Belize in May 2017. We bought this house soon thereafter. Our move to Belize was just chronicled on House Hunters International in April 2018. We live on the third floor of the house so we are available as needed to assist you with anything that you may want or need. We love exploring the village and peninsula both on foot and on bike. We are always out and about the village with out three year old son. We are also avid work out enthusiasts...you will probably see us out running or performing our circuit training routine around the property.

Placencia Village is a tourist beach destination, but a also a real authentic working village. You will see the children walking to school in the morning and their parents going to work. The village is full of friendly, welcoming people. The village is totally walkable and there are an abundance of eateries, coffee shops, bars, and grocery stores all within a ten minute walk.
