La Palmeraie Resort Villa is the newest and most luxurious oceanfront property in Harbour Island. The 11,000 sf² (1022 m²) villa is located on the beach with 140 feet (40 meter) of water frontage which provides breathtaking views of the emerald transparent Bahamian waters. La Palmeraie vacation villa offers the privacy of an exclusive villa combined with the luxury, comfort and service of a 5-star resort. The resort villa is located on a very quiet stretch of our incredible pink sand beach far from hotels and wedding events. The picturesque center is at a 5 minute drive by golf cart from the home. La Palmeraie has a modern minimalist design with an island-Asian flare. Oversized windows highlight the wonderful views of the beach from nearly every room. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, a backup generator, and to improve the quality of water we have installed a water filtration system throughout the house. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, refrigerators, security safes, and Sonos surround sound speakers that can be played right from your cell phone, tablet or computer. The house is rented with a cleaning lady that will attend your needs during your stay.
