Lower Flat has wash A wash room, restroom, Kitchen and Dinning Area designed for Entertainment, and a Living room enclosed.

It is a calm peaceful area with a wonderful view. Close by there is the new river where you can take a 40 minute boat ride and feed the spider monkeys to one of the best Maya Ruins in the country, Lamanai. There is also an airstrip close by if you like to take a flight to other towns, cities of Cayes. There are great restaurants by the river where you can enjoy savoring ceviche and natural fruit juices.
