Rayanns is centrally located on Great Exuma Island. It is a townhouse with the most spectacular view of the ocean from the master bedrooms and from the lounge areas. You step right out of the lounge onto the Three Sisters' Beach. Almost directly in front of the property is the Three Sisters' Rocks which has a good piece of snorkeling. To drive from the unit to the northern end of the island it is approximately 30 minutes and to the southern end of the island is approximately a 40-minute drive. The property is in a quiet area but not at all isolated-perfect for all!

Owner is a native Exumian and a retired teacher. Loves craft and has contributed much to community service.

Exuma is a small but beautiful island, the perfect place to get away from the bustle and hustle of big city life! There are so many isolated and beautiful beaches. The waters are undescribable with shades of aquamarine, greens, and blues. Safe environment for families with crime almost nonexistent. No major crime except for maybe an occasional petty thief.
