Located in Fitts Village, on the sought after 'Platinum' West Coast of Barbados, Sunset Villa is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom split level townhouse overlooking the Caribbean Sea that provides a haven of quiet seclusion. The spacious and airy open plan design of the ground floor is highlighted with bright porcelain tiles and ceiling fans in the living and dining area. These two socializing areas extend outdoors to the covered patio and plunge pool, a relaxing and fun area for the whole family. The fully equipped kitchen has custom made cabinetry and all needed appliances (stove, fridge/freezer with icemaker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher) to enjoy the fresh local ingredients (check out one of the farmers markets). The house also has a laundry space with washer and dryer. There is a 42" flat screen Smart TV with 160+ digital cable channels, high speed internet access (100/50 Mbps) with WiFi, and a printer. Two designated parking spaces are available for our guests. Sunset Villa can accommodate up to four people in two spacious bedrooms. Both bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

itts Village is one West Coast, Bajan beach village that remains precious as unspoilt by major development. The beach is relatively secluded - as there is limited public access and no hotels nearby. It has a superb, long stretch of golden sand beach and a pretty little esplanade by the fishing boats, a bandstand, and a really convenient, long established supermarket, Jordans. There are several other shops too, a beach bar, a good value Bajan food takaway & cafe and a great variety of both reasonable and exclusive restaurants nearby. The property is strategically located for exploring the west coast and within easy access of some of the islands most sumptuous cuisine (world-renown Cliff Restaurant, just 5 minutes drive) and leisure facilities. For shopping Limegrove Lifestyle Center, positioned in the heart of Holetown which is 10 minutes by bus and is host to many of the world's leading retail brands. Limegrove incorporates a range of local and global retailers including boutiques, restaurants, delis, cafes, bars, gourmet foods, an art gallery, cinemas, a spa and salon, and a range of special event spaces.
