The homes at Bay's Edge are designed to give you privacy and ensure comfort for your whole party. There is plenty of space to get be together or to find your own space to enjoy a quiet moment. The homes themselves also have ample space between them with landscaped gardens and private yards. Cooks will love the large fully-stocked kitchens with full sized appliances and those that don't cook will appreciate the ability to bring in a personal chef. With a dedicated living room and dining area there is plenty of room for families or a group of friends to enjoy their time together. Bedrooms have imported linens and mattresses to ensure a good nights sleep as well as built-in closets so you can unpack and feel at home. The communal dock is a great place to watch the sunset, have a cocktail or catch a boat to one of the many excursions available from Bay's Edge. Don't feel like being communal? With 3 levels of decks you can enjoy the sunset or sunrise from you own home as well.

David’s first trip to Belize was in 1996 and the people, natural beauty of the country and pace of life kept drawing him back every few years. In 2006 Wayne and David drove from Washington, DC to Placencia for a 90 day trial at living in Belize and never looked back. We have traveled the country extensively so if you have questions about an activity, area or have a logistical question don’t hesitate to reach out. While Bay’s Edge is new as of 2018, we have been in the tourism sector in Belize since 2010. Our other property is Sabal Beach in the Toledo District where we have been providing guests with a truly unique off-grid experience since 2010. We are predominantly at Bay’s Edge these days due to school schedules for our daughter Sofia but you may find us at either property depending on the time of year. Bay's Edge is located in a great part of the Placencia peninsula. We are in a quiet area with larger properties which in turn means you are not right next door to multiple neighbors. The property is waterfront on the bay side and is 150 feet from the Caribbean sea with public access to the beach a 2 minute walk north.
