Casa al Mare is an 8,000 sq. ft. luxury private gated oceanfront estate. Just a 20 minute drive from Nassau Airport and within 10 minutes to downtown, Baha Mar or Atlantis on Paradise Island. Outdoors you will find the natural salt water pool, hot tub, expansive outdoor kitchen w/ 2 bars, TV, two bathrooms, supersized deck and Water's Edge gazebo - the perfect setting for an afternoon glass of wine or dinner underneath the stars. The home is also equipped w/ a generator. A must for an island home. The lower level of the main house features the formal living room overlooking the ocean, dining room with a bar, gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook, XL fridge and freezer, double oven, dishwasher, dinnerware and much more. A family room filled with games and TV, home gym, powder room, laundry room and a guest suite with full bath. The upper level houses an open TV loft, 4 additional suites with king beds, TV’s and full bathrooms. The master suite with sitting room, 2 flat screen tvs, spa-like bath and an oversized walk in shower, ocean view balcony.
