I spent 15 years in St. Martin in the hospitality industry, involved with such resorts as Pelican Royal, Palm Flamingo, and the Atrium, before moving back home to Anguilla to pursue a personal dream by building, and then managing, Ocean Terrace Condominiums, which opened to the public in 2003. Since then, I have expanded my horizons as the developer of Ocean Gem Homes, a small conclave of mid-priced luxury villas, and as a real estate entrepreneur representing the foreign buyer looking for land or homes on Anguilla. With extensive contacts among both real estate professionals on the island and local landowners, I will find the perfect property for the individual looking to invest and/or live in Anguilla.
