The Villa Kai is located in the Sandy Hill (East End) area on Long Pond Bay. We are situated right on the shore with easy access to a lovely sandy, rocky coastline and the relaxing sound of rolling waves. We have wonderful, cooling trade winds and terrific views of St. Marten, Saba and St. Barts. The house has an inviting open space living area with a new gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, big screen TV and cable and Wifi. The bedrooms are all ensuite,two have King sized beds, and one can be twin beds or converted to King. Each bedroom has magnificent views and sounds of the nearby sea. We have several additional amenities: housekeeping, free local calls, free calls to the US, desk with printer/scanner, bluetooth indoor/outdoor speaker, and outdoor shower in master bedroom. We offer concierge service to link you to activities and chef/catering or pre arrival shopping (at your expense) if requested. This is my favorite place to be and I think you will agree with the picture that says "Here is the Perfect Place to be."

My husband and I are still working in the states but look for every opportunity to come to our "Happy Place". We love the Anguillian people and the friends we have made here.

The Villa Kai is in a very quiet neighborhood with several lovely villas nearby.
